Cittadellarte and Fondazione Pistoletto, joint data controllers, undertake to protect and safeguard the privacy of users of their sites www.cittadellarte.it, www.terzoparadiso.org, journal.cittadellarte.it, unidee.cittadellarte.it, www.store.cittadellarte.it, www.geographiesofchange.net, www.rebirthforumroma.net (hereinafter “the site”).

Joint data controllers, pursuant to art. 26 of EU Regulation 2016/679, in relation to all data provided by users and in relation to the purposes described below are:


Fondazione Pistoletto Onlus with headquarters in Via serralunga n. 27, 13900 Biella;

Cittadellarte S.r.l. with headquarters in Via serralunga n. 27, 13900 Biella.

The essential content of the joint ownership agreement signed between Fondazione Pistoletto and Cittadellarte, containing the respective responsibilities regarding compliance with the obligations deriving from the legislation in force, and in particular regarding the exercise of the rights of the Interested Party, is available upon request of the Interested Party, by sending an email to the address: news@cittadellarte.it .


2. The data subject to processing.


The personal data processed through the Site are the following:


a. Name, contact details and other personal data


In the “Register” section of the site, you will be asked to enter information such as your username, email address, newspaper title, city, telephone number.


In the “Login” section, username and password. In the “Subscribe to the newsletter” section, name, surname and email address.


In the “Register” section of the website www.store.cittadellarte.it, in addition to your name, surname and email, you will be asked to enter other contact details such as city, address, postcode, province, telephone number, as well as billing information (if you are a company); on this latter website, you can purchase goods via bank transfer, Paypal platform or by paying on delivery: we inform you that in the case of purchase via Paypal, no bank details will be acquired (in the case of payment via bank transfer, we will have the bank details of the ordering party). Furthermore, every time the interested party communicates with the joint controllers via the contacts found on the Website, they will be able to collect additional information that the interested party decides to provide.


b. Third party data provided by the interested party


As already mentioned above, in some parts of the Website, it is possible to insert text messages, visible to the joint controllers, which may contain (voluntarily or not) personal data
