On May 15, 2026, the Fondazione Pistoletto will present the 28th edition of its annual event focused on art and responsible social transformation, recognized as an international point of reference. The heart of this edition will be the opening of Hotel Cittadellarte, a new hospitality venue that will host a site-specific exhibition across its rooms featuring works by artist Giuseppe Stampone, curated by Ilaria Bernardi.

Art and Society

Arte al Centro 2026 is on its way: Cittadellarte has officially announced the first details of the 28th edition of its annual program dedicated to art and responsible social transformation.

This year’s theme will be hospitality, understood as a cultural and civic practice capable of generating encounters, listening, and new forms of coexistence. In this context, tourism will be seen as a tool able to activate relationships between people and different cultures, generating economic value, collaboration, and sharing.

At the core of this edition will be the opening of Hotel Cittadellarte, a new accommodation facility that will host a widespread exhibition in its rooms, featuring works by artist Giuseppe Stampone, curated by Ilaria Bernardi.

The afternoon program will include the inauguration of new exhibitions and spaces, along with talks, events, and workshops that will intertwine art, fashion, and well-being within the setting of Cittadellarte’s industrial archaeology complex. Among these is the Terme Culturali, a new immersive pathway designed to foster creativity, listening, and collaboration through artistic and workshop-based experiences.

Stay tuned!
