Focus on "Arte al Centro" 7# - Where Ideas Take Shape: The Spazio Arcipelago Project

Art and Society

Spazio Arcipelago was born as a living connection between thought and action, between the philosophical vision of Michelangelo Pistoletto and Cittadellarte and the reality of our everyday lives. It is not just a physical space, but a fluid geography where ideas take shape, meet, and transform. A place open to dialogue, where reflection becomes practice and theory becomes gesture. The large central table, arranged in the shape of the Third Paradise, represents the beating heart of the project. Each segment, like an island in the archipelago, opens up to a theme, a deeper exploration, a part of our society. In this movement of separation and connection a dynamic dialogue is built: harmony enlivened by change.
A forest of fabrics tells the vision’s story and accompanies its shifting path, leading to the grand contemporary illustration of Lorenzetti’s Allegory of the Effects of Good Government. The face of the soul of the place: the desire for a conscious society founded on balance, care, and responsibility. This is Spazio Arcipelago: an ecosystem of thought and action, a collective invitation to live the present and design the future in dynamic harmony.
