Welcoming to Regenerate: Cittadellarte Presents its "Terme Culturali"

Starting today, Wednesday, October 8th, the Pistoletto Foundation will be a key player at the Rimini Tourism Fair, where it will officially present its new Office, which combines art, wellness, and collective transformation. Conceived by Armona Pistoletto and curated with Nazarena Cappellaro, the project ushers in a new era dedicated to bringing people together, creativity, and healing, anticipating the future opening of the "HotelCittadellarte", scheduled for spring 2026.

Art and Society

There is an entirely feminine energy behind the new Cittadellarte Office: the Terme Culturali (Cultural Baths). A project born from an intuition by Armona Pistoletto, founding partner of the Foundation and Director of the Nutrition Office, and which is now fully taking shape thanks to the daily work shared with Nazarena Cappellaro, the project manager. Two women who, together with a group of young collaborators, are building a place where art becomes an experience of regeneration, connection, and awareness.

“We started with an idea that had existed at Cittadellarte for years,” says the creator, “but which has only now found its structure, its space, and its team. The new Office was created to welcome, to massage what we call the anthropized muscle of the brain: an invitation to stop, listen to oneself, and transform through art.”

The project manager, who arrived at Cittadellarte a year ago, embraced the challenge with enthusiasm and vision. “I immediately believed in this project,” explains Cappellaro, “because it unites the artistic dimension with the human and relational one. The Terme Culturali are a laboratory of rebirth, where everyone can get involved without needing artistic skills, but only with the willingness to open themselves up to the experience.”

The Terme Culturali Experience

The project proposes an experiential journey structured in days of workshops, visits, and convivial moments. Participants, whether corporate groups or collectives, can live a program that intertwines art, relationship, and well-being, accompanied by certified counselors and art therapists. The activities take place in dedicated spaces within Cittadellarte, where every environment becomes a place for listening and experimentation.

The complete program involves two days of immersion in the Foundation's context: personalized workshops, guided tours, lunches, and dinners at the Bistrot Cittadellarte, with the possibility of staying overnight at the new HotelCittadellarte. It's an experience that unites body and mind, creativity, and conviviality, to generate a transformation born from dialogue with oneself and others.

“It is not about learning a technique,” clarifies Nazarena Cappellaro, “but about using art as a means to rediscover connection, trust, and presence. Every workshop ends with a 'restitution,' a moment of sharing that precisely gives the group back the awareness of what has emerged.”

From the Baths to HotelCittadellarte: A New Concept of Hospitality

The project is preparing for a major milestone: in the spring of 2026, the HotelCittadellarte will officially open, a four-star structure integrated into the Foundation’s complex, where art and hospitality will merge into a unique experience.

Curated in every detail, the hotel will host international works of art and works by artists from the Pistoletto Foundation's networks and residences, transforming every environment—from the rooms to the common areas—into an aesthetic and narrative journey.

The hotel’s management will be entrusted to entrepreneurs Ugo Pellegrino, Eugenio Rosano, and Loretta Giordani, already active in the hospitality sector with other structures in the Biella area. The collaboration with them has made it possible to combine Cittadellarte’s artistic and social vision with consolidated experience in the field of hospitality.

“The hotel will be a place where art and hospitality meet,” explains Armona Pistoletto, “a natural extension of the Terme Culturali, where those who arrive can live an immersive experience of welcome and regeneration.”

Art as a Welcome: Cittadellarte at TTG Rimini

The Terme Culturali are officially presenting themselves to the public at the “TTG” Tourism Fair in Rimini, open from October 8 to 10, where the Pistoletto Foundation will have a dedicated stand in the central hall of the exhibition, directly opposite the conference area.

It is a symbolic place of welcome and hospitality, where visitors can closely encounter the philosophy of Cittadellarte and participate in the EIFLES | SELFIE performance linked to Michelangelo Pistoletto’s Third Paradise: a participatory gesture that invites everyone to leave their own mark, a word or a signature, as a sign of connection and presence.

Today, Wednesday, October 8, at 2:30 PM, a talk is scheduled in the conference room of the Romagna Fair with Paolo Naldini, Director of Cittadellarte, and Armona Pistoletto, who will talk about the vision and future developments of the Terme Culturali, with the special participation of Michelangelo Pistoletto via video message.

A Place for Everyone

With this Office, therefore, Cittadellarte opens a new chapter in its commitment to art that changes life and society. It is an invitation addressed to everyone—experts and novices, adults and young people—to enter a place where welcome, care, and creativity become part of a single gesture: regenerating oneself through art.

“The Terme Culturali are an experience of welcome,” concludes the founding partner of Cittadellarte, “not an elitist place, but open to anyone who wants to experience art as a form of life, relationship, and transformation.”
